What You’ll Do 

As a Physical Therapist at Elevate, you will: 

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and performance-related conditions 

• Use both clinical expertise and technology to inform treatment plans and progressions 

• Perform movement assessments and gait analysis when appropriate 

• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on real-world function 

• Educate and empower patients throughout their rehabilitation journey 

• Collaborate closely with fellow clinicians to deliver cohesive, high-quality care 

• Maintain thorough documentation and uphold professional standards of practice

Qualifications 

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois (or eligibility to obtain licensure) 

• New graduates are welcome to apply 

• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset 

• Interest in orthopedics, performance, and movement analysis
